Wondering about pasties, fillings, or why the earth is round?  The answer might be here.

What is a Pasty PDF Print E-mail

A Pasty (pronounced PASS-tee) is a full meal of your favorite foods baked in a delicious pastry crust.  The traditional Cornish Pasty is called the Oggy and is filled with steak, onion, rutabaga, and potatoes.

In addition to the traditional Oggy, SloCo Pasty Co. offers many different pasties "With a California Twist" (check out the menu) that include a variety of fresh meats, fish, cheeses, and vegetables, as well as vegetarian options and desserts.

We hope you love our pasties and agree with us that a hot pasty and a cold beer on tap or a glass of local wine makes the Central Coast just a little more perfect.

No Substitutions Please PDF Print E-mail
Our hand-made pasties are made fresh daily. However, it takes us a while to work our pasty magic so they are zam-zoodled (Cornish for “half-baked”). Therefore, we regret that we cannot accommodate any substitutions or subtractions.
